I never expected brain cells to lead me to Data Science, but here we are. I was deep in physics labs, obsessed with the electricity flowing through brain cells, dreaming of making a real-world impact. But somewhere in the mix, I had a mild existential crisis: Is this really it?

Then came the shift. I started using stats to make sense of the data chaos around me. Slowly but surely, I found my groove, turning messy numbers into clear, actionable insights. Neural networks became my new obsession, and I knew Data Science was where I was meant to be.

Fast forward a few years: I moved countries, hit the reset button, and traded my techie hat for a leadership role. That’s when I realized, I wanted to help others make that leap too.  Mentoring data professionals to move from analysis to leadership has become my mission. Blending my scientific roots with real-world leadership strategies, I guide people through the same journey I took.
